来源包括中国公开工业项目名单、展商目录、全国排污许可证管理信息平台、Wikidata 制造企业条目及美国 EPA ECHO 设施记录。每条记录附来源网址、采集日期和证据摘要。
Sources include Chinese public industrial programmes, exhibitor directories, the MEE public permit register, Wikidata manufacturer entities and US EPA ECHO facility records. Each record links to its source with observation dates and evidence.

名单能证明什么 / What the sources establish

环保登记仅用于核对来源列出的企业、地区和制造业分类。许可或监管记录不证明存在违规，也不证明工厂仍在运营、具有特定产能或接受订单。项目名单可能是拟入选或拟改造企业；具体状态以原文为准。
Environmental registers provide source-reported identity, location and industry classification. A permit or regulatory record is not evidence of wrongdoing, current operation, production capacity or availability for orders. Programme lists may describe proposed participants; read the cited document.

类别来自来源文件的行业代码或说明文字，不从公司名称推断。未核实的能力不作为认证能力展示。
Categories come from source industry codes or descriptions, never inference from a company name. Source mentions are not audited capabilities.

仅公开引用网页中观察到的企业通用邮箱。企业邮箱的投递能力未测试；没有联系方式时明确留空，不生成邮箱、电话或联系人。
Published role mailboxes must have been observed on cited public pages. Delivery to listed companies is untested. Missing contacts remain empty; we do not generate addresses, phone numbers or contact people.

已知局限 / Known limitations

运营者为个人，尚未注册运营公司。网站由 Cloudflare 托管于中国大陆以外，无 ICP 备案。未接受律师审核；海外托管不代表免于适用中国法律。
The operator is an individual, with no operating company registered. Cloudflare hosts the service outside mainland China; it has no ICP filing. No lawyer has reviewed the directory. Overseas hosting does not exempt it from applicable Chinese law.

公开访问不等于无限转载许可。展会目录等第三方汇编的使用条款尚未逐一评估；收到来源权利异议时暂停发布相关来源并审核。
Public access does not grant unrestricted reuse rights. Terms for third-party compilations, including exhibitor catalogues, have not been assessed individually. A source-rights objection triggers withdrawal of the affected source pending review.
